Fact finding mission to improve health services: In 2006, ILHAM members participated in a fact finding mission with doctors from Medicines De Monde (MDM) and representatives from KIBODO to determine the requirement for improvement of health services and delivery

Training and affiliation: In 2007, ILHAM member participated in the training in the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), Vision 2030 and Poverty Reduction Strategy and the subsequent of the agenda that was organised by the British Council - Debate to Action programme

Village cleanup: In 2008, we organised for cleanup exercises in the villages. The volunteer students from Oberlin College (USA) did this

Medical Camp: Contributed funds towards facilitating for medical camp that was held in Tchundwa village in August 2008. A member of ILHAM participated in the camp

Fundraising for Faza fire disaster fund: ILHAM raise funds to contribute towards the Fire disaster fund to help reconstruct houses that were destroyed by a fire that struck the village in September 2009. ILHAM, the community and well-wishers managed to raise Kshs150,000.
